We undertake Swiss-type machining of precision plastic parts from various engineering plastics, supporting materials including POM, PA nylon, PEEK, HDPE, PC and PVDF. Equipped with Nomura Swiss-type lathes from Japan, we can perform compound machining operations such as turning, milling, drilling and grooving in a single clamping setup. We are capable of producing micro shafts, bushings, connectors and insulating fasteners.
